Lucie is a Senior Associate at Mutual Value Labs (MVL). Originally from the United States, she completed her university degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland (HSG) with an exchange semester at Keio University in Japan. She also has a certificate from the CFA in ESG Investing.

Before joining MVL, she worked at Unilever in consumer and market insights (global ecommerce & professionals) using qualitative and quantitative analytical methods and Clariant in new business development, scoping strategic growth opportunities using design thinking. At MVL, she has worked on projects across FMCG (e.g. smallholder farmers and living income), healthcare (e.g. accessibility, quality), and investments (impact-diligence, company assessments.)
