Nathan Sierro

Nathan is an Associate at Mutual Value Labs, driving the implementation of the Economics of Mutuality (EoM) purpose-centric methodology within client organizations. Before joining Mutual Value Labs in 2024, Nathan worked as a product manager and business analyst at SIG, the energy provider for Geneva, Switzerland. In this capacity, he was responsible for integrating sustainability metrics into the company's existing data-driven decision-making processes. 

Nathan completed his master's thesis at a Swiss company in the FMCG industry, focusing on developing Machine Learning algorithms aimed at reducing the company’s carbon footprint. During his academic pursuits, Nathan co-founded a biotechnology startup, where he assumed the role of CFO and successfully raised over USD 650,000 in funding. 

Nathan grew up in northern Switzerland and currently resides in Geneva. He holds a dual master's degree in Sustainable Management and Technology from EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) and IMD (International Institute for Management Development), complemented by a bachelor's degree in Economics.
