He previously worked for Johnson & Johnson, WPP’s Scholz & Friends, the corporate experience agency Mignon, and as an independent purpose strategy consultant.
His experience includes change management, marketing strategy, and ecosystem orchestration. While Pascal’s roots are in Germany, he has lived and worked in the US, UK, Ukraine, and Switzerland. He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.
